After the shocking events of Slamboree tipped WCW on its side, the war continued to wage on between the Millionaires' Club and the New Blood. By the end of the night, after DDP and The Total Package were sent to the hospital, and Ric Flair quit the sport, Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash and Sting were left to fight alone against the entire New Blood.

Show Results

In an incident from earlier in the day, The New Blood crashed Kanyon's hospital room, beating up DDP in the process. Kimberly dumped Kanyon's full bedpan on Page before leaving.

Outside, the Millionaires' Club arrived to the TWA Dome in their private bus.

Interview: Eric Bischoff and The New Blood
Bischoff, Arquette and other New Blood members sauntered to the ring, each of them grinning ear to ear. Eric bragged about pulling off one of the biggest swerves of all time as he reflected on the events that led up to Arquette's turn. Mr. 1-800-CALL-ATT told the crowd that they were jealous because he held the world championship, thanks to Eric Bischoff. Backstage, DDP pulled up in a car and stormed into the arena. He hit the ring and chased off everyone but Arquette, who was the unfortunate victim of a Diamond Cutter. Jarrett slid back in and soon The New Blood was on top of Page, beating him to the mat. The lights flickered and Sting stormed the ring, followed by the rest of the Millionaires' Club, sending the NB heading for higher ground.

Interview: Bischoff and The New Blood
Easy E told Mean Gene that DDP would face Mike Awesome in a Stretcher Match and Sting would go head to head with Jeff Jarrett for the WCW Title. When Jarrett questioned the title being on the line, Bischoff told The Chosen One to trust him.

Backstage, Norman Smiley told Ralphus that if they didn't beat Terry Funk tonight, they would be fired from WCW.

WCW Hardcore Title Match
Terry Funk d. Screamin' Norman Smiley and Ralphus
As Smiley officially introduced the world to his new hardcore tag team partner, Monday Night Ralphus, Funk attacked, throwing a chair square at Norman's head. As Smiley commandeered a golf cart, Funk jumped on and they both crashed through a stack of milk crates. Finally, as they entered the kitchen, The Funker beat the stuffing out of Smiley and Ralphus with a cookie sheet, getting the pin to retain the Hardcore Title.

Backstage, Ric Flair told The Total Package and Elizabeth not to come to the ring, as he wanted to handle the situation with his son, David by himself.

Interview: Ric Flair
The Nature Boy came to the ring carrying two title belts, including the NWA Heavyweight Championship that he held for many years. He spoke of the history in St. Louis and the history of the world title. Flair said that all the glory over the years went out the when his son David turned on him at Slamboree. He called out David, who came with Daffney and Vince Russo. Vinnie Ru said that tradition sucked, and that last night, he spit in the face of every Missouri wrestling legend. David said he was mad at his father, but Ric told his son that they would talk about it at home. The Nature Boy went so far as to tell David that he would call Vince McMahon and have him on RAW next week if he came home with him. David hugged his dad, who embraced his son before going after Russo. The reunion was short lived however, as the young Flair smashed another statue over the head of his dad. Russo told Ric that they would see him at the Great American Bash.

Backstage, Ric Flair got into his limousine, saying he was sick of the business. The Total Package begged him to stay; stating that revenge needed to be taken tonight.

Interview: "The Main Event" Chuck Palumbo
As the Total Package music and video ran, Palumbo walked to the ring, offering the same posing routine and all. After claiming 3 percent body fat, he challenged Luger to come to the ring for a fight. Luger answered the call and laid Palumbo out with three clotheslines and a forearm smash. R&B Security grabbed Liz, but Package fought them off until Palumbo attacked with the muscle flexer. Security walked Liz to the back as they left Luger for dead on the ramp.

Backstage, Russo asked Liz why she was fighting against everything he was trying to do. He told her that she would wrestle Daffney later in the show. If she won, she would be free to go with Lex. If not, she would remain under contract to Russo and WCW.

"The Perfect One" Shawn Stasiak d. Captain Rection
After Stasiak ran down Mark McGuire and the St. Louis crowd, Captain Rection marched to the ring with Curt Hennig following behind. Miss Hancock entered the picture, taking notes on the match. As Rection was in the corner, Hennig held him, allowing The Perfect One to charge in and score the win. Kevin Nash made his presence known, powerbombing Stasiak before taking the mic.

Interview: Kevin Nash
Nash called out Vince Russo, but got Billy Kidman, Torrie, Konnan and Rey Jr. instead. Kidman said that Russo was busy in the back dealing with the real stars, not washed up old men like Nash. Konnan said that The Filthy Animals were back and that Nash better be ready. They charged the ring, going for Big Sexy's knee. Hulk Hogan made the save, running off the New Blood members. Nash challenged the Animals to face him and Hogan in a St. Louis Street Fight later in the show.

Stretcher Match
Mike Awesome d. Diamond Dallas Page

Easy E and Kim joined the announcers at the table. Awesome carried a stretcher to the ring with him, ready for the fight. Mike nearly landed in Kim's lap as the brawl quickly took to the floor. Inside, DDP went to work on Awesome, causing Kim to hop onto the apron, asking for a signature on the divorce papers, right then and there. While Page ripped up the documents, Awesome slammed a chair over DDP's head, followed by a DDT. Page was wheeled down the ramp on the stretcher, but he got up half way down, crawling back to the ring. After an Awesome Bomb through a table in the ring, Bischoff came in and signed the divorce papers with Page's hand. Dallas was wheeled out on the stretcher again, this time all the way, giving the win to Mike Awesome.

Backstage, as Russo asked Scott Steiner for help against Kevin Nash, Big Poppa once again reminded Russo that he meant nothing to Steiner, and not to touch him again unless he wanted a broken arm.

Backstage, Vince Russo was shown talking with Tank Abbott.

Interview: Jeff Jarrett
The Chosen One said he would take out Sting in their match, with or without Russo and Bischoff's help.

Interview: Scott Steiner
Big Poppa Pump spoke of his wild night with Chiquira and Midajah the previous night. As he called out Booker, Tank Abbott entered the ring, delivering a low blow and throwing the knockout punch on Big Poppa.

Interview: Sting
The man in paint told Jeff Jarrett that he would take the title and challenged him to bring the guitar, as he held up the shiny black bat.

Kronic d. Harlem Heat and The Harris Boys and The Mamalukes
The Mamalukes, Harlem Heat 2000 and The Harris Boys were all sent to the ring to get the tag team titles back from Kronic. Buff and The Franchise announced at ringside with Scott, Tony and Mark. Backstage, Scott Steiner was shown tearing up the backstage area, looking for Russo and Tank. In the ring, as Kronic was beat on by seven men, Buff and Douglas ran in as well. Stevie Ray hit his own partner, Big T with the slapjack and walked away, allowing Kronic to double team him and get the win. As Bagwell and Douglas turned to leave with the belts, Scott Steiner leveled them both with a double clothesline. He T-Bone suplexed Cash and demanded the mic. He told Russo that he was shutting Nitro down and not leaving the ring until Tank Abbott was sent out.

Backstage, Tank Abbott told Doug Dellinger "not to mess up" the plan.

As Steiner waited in the ring, Goldberg's music played. In the back, Dellinger and R&B Security led Tank Abbott to the ring, who mocked out Bill Goldberg all the way. Once inside, Tank and Big Poppa went at it like two rabid dogs, each trying to overpower the other. When Steiner trapped Abbott in a submission hold, Rick Steiner came out of the crowd, stopping his little brother. When Scott refused, the Dog Faced Gremlin jumped him. Rick and Tank laid a beat down on Scott before leaving.

Backstage, Russo laughed as he watched the attack on a monitor, telling Steiner to never cross the boss. He told Liz she was up next and opened another door, telling someone else on stand by.

No Contest - Elizabeth vs. Daffney
Daffney came out with a "Liz Will Die" shirt on. Elizabeth took her down with a few hair pulls before Madusa entered the ring. As she bullied Liz into the corner, Mona made the save, pulling Madusa away. Deucy delivered a series of punches to Mona as Liz came in with a chair. She brought it down hard across the back of Madusa before walking away. Of course, R&B Security was waiting to take her back to Vince Russo.

St. Louis Street Fight
No Contest - Kevin Nash and Hulk Hogan vs. The Filthy Animals

The Filthy Animals waived out Mike Awesome, adding him to the match. The ring looked like a war zone, with everyone trying to take out Nash and Hogan. Juventud Guerrera came out as well, adding to the bedlam. Soon, Hogan fought with the group toward the back as Juvi jumped Nash in the ring. Nash sent Juvi on a Jackknife Powerbomb ride as the Animals and Awesome threw Hogan in the trunk of a car and drove away. As the car sped away, the Goldberg monster truck cut it off.

Backstage, Hulk Hogan was shown running back into the building.

WCW World Title Match
Jeff Jarrett d. Sting

Jarrett charged at the bell, but The Stinger duck away, sending the WCW Champion to the floor. Sting introduced Jarrett's back to the guardrail and led him up onto the ramp way. The Chosen One turned the tide, attacking with a steel chair. The referee wrestled the chair away, allowing Sting to clothesline Jarrett over the ropes backward into the ring. Jeff slowed down the match, slapping on a figure four leglock. The Stinger fired back and crushed Jarrett with two big splashes in the corner. He applied the Scorpion Deathlock and was seemingly on his way to victory when Vampiro ripped through the canvas, pulling Sting under the ring. A cloud of smoke blew from underneath and Vamp returned, pulling an unconscious Sting from below. Covered from yet another bloodbath, The Stinger was easily pinned by Jarrett. The rest of The New Blood hit the ring and annihilated Sting, until Hogan and Nash arrived, fighting with the NB as Nitro went off the air.
