We start with footage from last week's show with Jim Cornette's town hall meeting. Shots of Joe and Jarrett and whipping.

- Rhino cut a promo backstage. He vowed to Gore Monty Brown in their match tonight. They went to Brown, who hasn't been on the show in weeks and he cut a promo on Rhino. Christian Cage interrupted and talked to Brown about Rhino, who is his No Surrender opponent. He said, "We need to talk."

- Jeff Jarrett walked out with the NWA Title and guitar. Fans booed Jarrett and one fan apparently shot the finger, but it was blurred out. Smackdown isn't the only wrestling program with blurring. Jarrett complained about the polygraph test. He said he was screwed by Jim Cornette. He pointed at the camera and blamed the fans for the situation he's in. He vowed to make Samoa Joe his victim at No Surrender. He then talked about career vs. title against Sting in October. He pointed to the crowd and called out anyone to be his first victim. Samoa Joe ran to ringside and attacked Jarrett. Jarrett then reversed a whip to the guardrail and slammed Joe into the rail. Jarrett tried to strike Joe with a punch, but a fan held his arm back. Jarrett then pulled the "fan" over the rail to the floor. He whipped the "fan". Joe then took Jarrett over the rail to the front row of fans. Joe fought Jarrett up the stands and landed stiff right hand blows to the forehead. He took Jarrett back down to the floor and kicked him over the rail to the entrance ramp area. Jarrett tried to leave, but Joe caught him, crotched him on the rail, and whipped him. Joe played to the crowd too long then turned around. Jarrett managed to grab his strategically placed guitar and slam it over Joe's head. Jarrett choked Joe wit the guitar then spit as he screamed into the camera. Joe came up bleeding from the forehead. The fans booed Jarrett.

- They aired an LAX vs. Styles and Daniels music video. Daniels said they played LAX's game too long and now they play by their rules in Ultimate X. Konnan spoke for LAX in the video. Styles said he speaks the international language of fist to face.

1 -- PETEY WILLIAMS vs. JAY LETHAL

They aired a quick video package on the Canadian Destroyer. They showed Lethal and Sonjay Dutt wheeling Johnny Devine into the guardrail last week. I guess that Lethal's biggest contribution to the faceless X Division. Petey quickly hung up Lethal in the Tree of Woe then did the crotch stand before landing fist smashes. He snapped off a suplex then applied a neck vice. Lethal countered a whip to the ropes then dropped Petey with an arm drag into a float over dropkick. He went for a moonsault, but Petey moved. Petey then went for the Destroyer, but Lethal slipped out and hit a dropkick for a nearfall. Petey came back with a spike DDT for a very close nearfall. He then went for the Destroyer a second time, but Chris Sabin and Dutt walked out and distracted Petey. Lethal dropped Petey in the corner then Sabin and Dutt distracted the referee and handed a bowling ball to Lethal. He rolled the ball into Petey's crotch then scored the win.

WINNER: Lethal in 5:00. Really shows how confident TNA is in the X Division when the babyfaces continue to use heelish distractions and tactics to actually win matches.

- Tenay and West were joined by Jim Cornette at the announce table. They talked about the Ultimate X match. Cornette said there's no discrimination in Ultimate X. They talked about Christian vs. Rhino then Cornette said he couldn't wait for Jarrett to be on his knees begging for mercy from the fans. He said Samoa Joe would then take care of Jarrett. Tenay asked for the Why I Hate Jeff Jarrett video part 2. They rolled the footage. Again, this is why wrestling can't get advertisers.

- Borash was backstage with X Division champion Senshi. Borash asked for comments on Jackass 2. He said there is a time and a place for a joke, but this isn't the time or the place. Sabin, Dutt, and Lethal interrupted. Sabin said they're sorry to interrupt Senshi's No Fun Zone, but they're just trying to have a little fun. Senshi told Sabin to ask his buddies how much they had when he stomped their head in. Sabin hitched up his pants and mocked Senshi's distinct, deep voice. He made fun of Senshi and Dutt did this exaggerated, over-the-top laughter that was nowhere near natural.

2 -- ERIC YOUNG vs. NORMAN SMILEY

Young walked out, apparently with something stuffed his crotch. Don West said he's not looking at Young's crotch, but there's definitely some there that shouldn't be there. Bush. Young and Smiley locked up then Smiley did a little dance. Young smiled and clapped, liking the dance. Young then took control and did a dance. Young took control then used the tape on Smiley for the win. Young then took off from the ring to go back into hiding.

WINNER: Young in 2:00. Match was just there to fill two minutes and get Young on TV.

- Borash was backstage with Shane Douglas. He said the tag division is the toughest in the business. Against what comparison? The Spirit Squad? Douglas said the experiment is over if the Naturals don't get the job done. After Douglas left, Eric Young interrupted Borash. He said his career is on the line and he needs Borash to hold onto his tape and watch it. Borash looked at it quizzically.

- They aired Young's video, courtesy of Paparazzi Productions. Young talked into the camera from L.A. about his foolproof plan. He was shown holding a sign in the streets. He approached an old man looking for Sting. He asked a few people in cars if they had seen a guy in facepaint. No one seemed to be helping. The music selection was odd.

3 -- MONTY BROWN vs. RHINO -- Falls Count Anywhere

Brown met Rhino ringside with a blow to the face to start the match. He took Rhino into the ring and hit a swinging neckbreaker off the ropes. Brown talked smack to some fans ringside. Oh, by the way, Homeless Earl is the referee for the match. Although, he's all cleaned up now. Rhino knocked Brown to the outside then took him into the stands to continue the brawl.

[Commercial Break]

Rhino was surprisingly in control of the action out of the break. He set up a table in the ring then Brown fought back with right hands. Brown landed shoulder thrusts to Rhino's gut then Brown took Rhino up top. He went for a superplex through the table, but Rhino blocked with right hands. Brown grabbed Rhino then went for a suplex near the table, but Rhino countered into a belly-to-belly suplex away from the table. Rhino picked up the table then propped it up in the corner. He went for the Gore on Brown, but Brown moved out of the way and Rhino crashed through the table. Brown made a cover, but Rhino kicked out. Rhino countered a whip to the ropes and hit a suplex. He set up for the Gore, but Christian ran to ringside and pulled Rhino to the outside. Rhino then slammed Christian into the Ultimate X structure. Hebner threw the match out. Since when can a Falls Count Anywhere match end in a No Contest? The fight spilled to backstage. Christian left Rhino flat on the ground ala Umaga and Kane on Raw. The difference was Rhino didn't sit up ready to get his revenge.

WINNER: No Contest in 10:00. Apparently, there is no such thing as a TNA Rulebook. From week to week, the announcers don't seem to have an explanation for why certain matches end when they do. Standard TNA heavyweight match with standard brawling.

- Bobby Roode Sweepstakes time. Roode opened the limo door and Sherri Martel was inside. Roode asked what she would do for him. She used the line about a strong woman behind a strong man. Sherri said Savage, DiBiase, and Shawn Michaels were champions under her watch and she could do the same for Roode. He said he was impressed then asked if she wanted to have dinner. She agreed and Roode told the driver to get going.

- Samoa Joe was backstage sitting in a corner. He was still covered in blood. Scott Hall would not be happy with this scene since Joe bled a good 30 minutes before this promo aired. Borash walked up to Joe for an interview. Joe stared straight ahead and said he would spill a bucket of Jarrett's blood for every drop Jarrett draws. "You think this is a game, Jeff?" Joe screamed. He stared into the camera and screamed, "Joe is gonna kill you!" He said that when he faces Jarrett at the PPV, Jarrett would die. Great promo. Joe still needed about 45 more seconds of time to tell a full story with his promo by mixing level 1 of quiet reflection, level 3 of increased energy, level 5 of intense delivery, and level 7 of screaming directly into the camera at Jarrett.

- Borash found Christian getting into a private car backstage. He said he pities Rhino because he, like everyone else in TNA, can't accept that he's not on his level. He told Borash to piss off then he sped off.

- They aired an LAX video promo.

- LAX was in the ring for their Hispanic Heritage celebration. There were Latinas in the ring and Homicide was smoking a cigar. They had a piņata with Uncle Sam hanging from the ceiling. Konnan said the best part of the celebration is that there aren't any gringos. He asked TNA if Styles and Daniels are the best they can offer. Konnan said that once they beat Styles and Daniels at Ultimate X, it would be renamed Ultimate LAX. Konnan said America is built on All Men are Created Equal...if you are white. He said the Latin Revolution is taking place in North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Mississippi. Homicide talked into a ringside camera, but he was barely audible. At least we know he is capable of using his vocal chords. Konnan then whipped Uncle Sam and said they are leading a new movement, doing things the LAX way. "By any means necessary," Konnan said. Styles and Daniels interrupted the proceedings. A fight broke out. They cleared LAX to the outside. Daniels turned over a table with tequila. Konnan distracted Styles and Daniels allowing LAX to ambush them. Hernandez press slammed Daniels over the top rope to the floor. Homicide then grabbed a Kendo Stick and smashed it into Styles's gut. Hernandez powerbombed Styles then Konnan tied Styles's legs together. Hernandez then hung Styles upside down from the ceiling. Konnan beat Styles's legs with the Stick. Styles was bleeding from the forehead as Daniels tried to crawl back into the ring. Konnan beat him with the Stick then he raised his arms in celebration. Strong closing angle, setting up the babyfaces for their revenge.

- They aired a music video setting up the card for No Surrender.
