Welcome aboard people. I missed a bit of Velocity this week and apparently WWE.Com have locked out people in the UK from viewing Heat and Velocity online so I'll catch the replay later tonight and Velocity will be posted shortly after. Sorry for any inconvenience caused but hey here's Heat for you for now. Let's get on with the show. We begin this week with...................................

Gregory Helms vs Justin Pencano
Helms attacks Pencano straight away (even before Lilian can introduce him) and beats him down in the corner with punches and kicks. Helms hiptosses Pencano out of the corner before Irish whipping him. Pencano sidesteps a charge, Helms hits the corner allowing Pencano to score with some forearms. Helms reverses off the ropes, Pencano ducks a clothesline and hits a cross body for one. Pencano sends Helms off the ropes, Helms blocks a hiptoss attempt gets Pencano on his shoulders with a firemans carry and drops him on the top rope and Pencano falls to the mat. Helms drives a boot into Pencano's nether region before dropping a couple of knees onto his chest. Pencano gets choked in the middle rope while Helms talks trash. Helms takes Pencano to the corner where Helms drops him with a punch. Pencano gets pulled up and Irish whipped and Helms levels with a clothesline. Helms picks up Pencano and delivers three suplexes before signalling for the end. Helms sets a groggy Pencano up on his knees before sending him back down with a shining wizard off the ropes and Helms picks up the win. 1-2-3. Here is Your Winner: GREGORY HELMS. A good squash that showed Helms' mean streak but jobbing to Jerry Lawler at New Year's Revolution didn't do him any favours. Helms is obviously pissed at that loss.

Antonio w/Romeo vs Tyson Tomko
Dancing routine by the Throbs. Tomko comes down with a smile on his face. Antonio dodges Tomko to begin and taunts him with a wiggle. Antonio dodges again, runs the ropes but Tomko catches him and after a throttling Tomko shoves Antonio to the corner. Antonio ducks a punch and leaps onto Tomko's back and applies a sleeper but Tomko backs him into the corner and drives his head into Antonio's gut. Romeo gets on the apron to distract Tomko with a wiggle and Tomko chases him outside and back in as Antonio measures Tomko who turns round catches Antonio's boot attempt and levels with a clothesline. Tomko boots Antonio's back sending Antonio into the middle rope where Tomko chokes before throwing him through the ropes to the outside. Romeo goes to help his partner back up, Tomko comes out and drives Antonio into the apron then back inside Tomko timewastes a little allowing Antonio to roll back from a back suplex attempt and schoolboy Tomko for a two count. Tomko catches Antonio in a bearhug, Antonio punches at Tomko who eventually drops Antonio onto the mat. Tomko misses an elbow off the ropes, Romeo tries to distract Tomko again by throwing in one of his feather boas but that doesn't work. Tomko charges Antonio who's now in the corner but Romeo pulls him from out of harm's way and Antonio dropkicks Tomko in the knee. Tomko in the corner, Antonio charges and goes for a monkey flip, Tomko places Antonio on the second rope and starts to punch. Romeo on the apron again places his remaining red feather boa around Tomko, Antonio kicks Tomko away and lands a tornado DDT from the second rope. Antonio charges Tomko in the corner again and begins a mounted punch assault. Antonio gets to four before Tomko throws him off, Antonio ducks a clothesline runs the ropes but gets caught with a big boot. It's lights out Antonio as Tomko covers for the 1-2-3. Here is Your Winner: TYSON TOMKO.

Lance Cade vs Nick Berk
I think Cade will go in the next round of cuts. The new age Double J has some new music and a solo titantron now. Berk claps to get the crowd into this. Lockup, Berk applies a side headlock, Cade tries to send Berk off the ropes but Berk keeps the headlock applied. Cade tries to muscle out and eventually throws Berk down face first. Cade slaps Berk before booting his back and head. Cade clubs and elbows the back then drops an elbow onto Berk's chest and scores with a dropkick off the ropes. Cade grabs an arm and drives his shoulder into Berk's repeatedly then grounds him with an armbar and slaps his head again while calling Berk a piece of crap. Cade says that Berk gave up and the bell should be rung. Cade drops a knee onto Berk's arm. Berk gets up favouring the arm and Cade forearms him back down. Cade with an armwringer which prompts Berk to punch back. Cade cuts him off with a knee to the gut then puts Berk in the corner and unleashes a series of forearms and kicks that put Berk down. Cade chokes Berk with his hands then gets in the referee's face. Cade with a slingshot suplex on Berk and that's enough for the win. 1-2-3 Here is Your Winner: LANCE CADE. Post match Cade gets the referee to raise his arm around each side of the ring.

Trevor Murdoch vs Viscera
Main event time. Murdoch returns to Heat after being stuck on WWE.Com Unlimited telling homosexual animal stories. No farmyard animals accompany Murdoch thank god. Viscera is always in the Heat Main Event. I think he's after that MVP slot that Val Venis currently occupies. Grisham and Coach play up Viscera's love for big women aka Momma Benjamin. Murdoch gets in Viscera's face talking trash and he shoves Viscera who repsonds by shoving Murdoch onto his ass. Lockup Murdoch with a go-behind results in Viscera swinging round and throwing Murdoch to the mat. Murdoch charges into a hiptoss. Murdoch runs at Viscera ducks a clothesline and hits a series of right hooks to the head that stagger Viscera. Murdoch advances and Viscera catches him with a spinebuster. Murdoch goes to the corner and ducks his head outside making the referee intervene and back Viscera away. Murdoch pushes the referee away and goes to boot Viscera who catches the boot spins him round and clotheslines. Murdoch to the corner, Viscera slaps his chest and Irish whips but charges into Murdoch's boots. Murdoch with a chopblock brings Viscera to his knees then follows up with a neckbreaker from the second rope. Murdoch gets his bearings then mounts Viscera on the mat and unloads with punches to the head. Murdoch rips at the face and drives two elbows into Viscera's forehead then a boot and an axehandle for a nearfall. Murdoch ties up Viscera's arm and wrenches at Viscera's chin/neck/head with the other arm before driving another elbow into Viscera's forehead. Murdoch with an axehandle to the back runs the ropes but Viscera recovers to hit a rolling heel kick. Viscera then catches Murdoch in a swinging side slam and sets up for Visagra. Viscera gives Murdoch a wedgie and some slaps before delivering Visagra to Murdoch who's in some discomfort. What with Murdoch's new gimmick I thought this would be right up his alley. Grisham says it's funny. Viscera Irish whips Murdoch and gets him on his shoulders in a firemans carry. Murdoch slips down pushes Viscera into the ropes and rolls outrside and heads off to the back. Apparently he's had enough. Murdoch doesn't want to come back and Viscera is victorious via countout and the crowd boo the finish. Here is Your Winner via Countout: VISCERA. Murdoch should have gone over here in my opinion. Maybe a rematch will happen tomorrow on Raw and Murdoch will go over then.
