WWE Sunday Night Heat Opener:

The fireworks went off in the arena for the start of WWE Sunday Night Heat as Todd Grisham and the Coach welcomed us to the show. We then go down to ringside for the opening match of the night!

 

Referee: Chad Patton
Rodney Mack vs. Val Venis



The music of Rodney Mack hit in the arena as he made his way to the ring and this will be his final appearance in the WWE since he was released by the company last week. Mack will be in one on one action with the Big Valbowski, Val Venis.

The start:

Mack and Venis locked up and Mack locked in a side headlock and went into a hammerlock. Val reversed into a hammerlock of his own and Mack elbowed out of it. Mack took Venis down with a side headlock and Val escaped with a leg scissors and then the two men stared each other down. Mack went for a kick, but Venis caught his boot and delivered an atomic drop and then a arm drag takedown.

The finish:

Val Venis scored with a big spinebuster and then went up top and came off with the Money Shot to pick up the win.

William Regal vs. Ken Anderson



The music of William Regal hit in the arena as he made his way out to the ring and he will be in action here on Heat against Ken Anderson.

The start:

Regal and Anderson locked up and Regal backed Anderson to the corner as the fans heavily chanted for Regal. They locked up again and Regal went into a side headlock and then scored with an uppercut and then whipped Anderson to the ropes and knocked him down with a shoulder block and went right back to the side headlock. Regal kept in control with some uppercuts in the corner and then hit a knee to the chest of Anderson.

The finish:

William Regal scored with a high knee on Ken Anderson and then covered him to pick up the win!

Rosey vs. Chuck Palumbo



The music of Rosey hit in the arena and he made his way down to the ring, and he will be going against another released talent in Chuck Palumbo.

The start:

Rosey and Chuck Palumbo locked it up and Rosey backed Palumbo to the corner but Palumbo reversed and then went to work on Rosey with right hands and kicks in the corner. Palumbo locked in an arm bar but Rosey came back with a clothesline and then hit another clothesline in the corner, and knocked Rosey down with a headbutt. Rosey then sat on Palumbo for a two count.

The finish:

Palumbo went for a thrust kick, but Rosey ducked and took Palumbo down. Rosey then went up top and came off with a huge leg drop to pick up the win over Palumbo.

Molly Holly and Jazz vs. Victoria and Nidia



The music of Molly Holly hit in the arena as she made her way to the ring with another released performer, Jazz, and they will be in action with Victoria and yet another member of the released talent, Nidia!

The start:

Victoria and Jazz locked it up and Jazz grabbed a side headlock and went into a hammerlock. Victoria reversed with a top wrist lock but Jazz overpowered Victoria and then hit a uppercut to the throat. Jazz sent Victoria to the buckle, but Victoria came back with a pair of arm drag's and grabbed an arm bar, but Jazz came back with a forearm shot and made the tag to Molly Holly.

The finish:

Molly went to the top rope and scored with the Molly Go Round on Nidia and then hooked the leg for the three count!
