WWE Sunday Night Heat Opener:

Todd Grisham and The Coach welcomed us to Heat as we went down to Lilian Garcia for the opening match of the night!

Shelton Benjamin vs. Steven Richards


The music of Shelton Benjamin hit in the arena as he made his way to the ring for the opening contest on Heat against Steven Richards!

The start:

Steven Richards and Shelton Benjamin locked up and Benjamin locked in a waist lock and then a wrist loock. Shelton wenched on the arm of Steven and then took him down to the mat and locked in an arm bar. Richards made it to the ropes for the break but Benjamin went right back to the arm bar, but again Richards made it to the ropes. Richards mouthed off at Shelton and Richards went for a right hand but Benjamin blocked it and then took Richards down with a fireman's carry.

The finish:

Benjamin scored with a splash in the corner and then hit the Exploder Suplex to pick up the win here in the United Kingdom!

Molly Holly and Gail Kim vs. Victoria and Nidia


The music of Molly Holly hit in the arena as she made her way to the ring with Gail Kim and they are going to be in tag team action against Victoria and Nidia!

The start:

Victoria and Molly Holly locked it up and Molly clubbed the back of Victoria to knocked her down. Molly sent Victoria to the corner and charged in but Victoria went up and under and then delivered a pair of arm drags and then did a standing moonsault onto Molly for two. Molly made the tag to Gail and Gail was met with a powerslam by Victoria who then tagged in Nidia and then they hit a double team hip toss on Gail Kim to take her down.

The finish:

Victoria scored with the Widow's Peak on Gail Kim while Nidia took out Molly on the outside. Victoria then made the cover to pick up the three count and the victory!

Chuck Palumbo vs. Tajiri


The music of Chuck Palumbo hit in the arena as he made his way to the ring and he will be squaring off with Tajiri!

The start:

Chuck Palumbo and Tajiri locked up and Palumbo picked up Tajiri and threw him to the turnbuckle. Check went for a slam but Tajiri floated over and then scored with some kicks and then hit a tilt a whirl head scissors and kicked awya at Chuck in the corner. Chuck fought back and sent Tajiri to the buckle and charged in, but Tajiri locked in the Tarantula and then went for a Buzzsaw Kick but Chuck ducked and then went on the offensive.

The finish:

Tajiri escaped a powerslam attempt and then scored with a thust kick to the face of Palumbo to pick up the three count and win!
