Sunday Night Heat

We open up with Vince McMahon's dream as we see lots and lots of clips of Wrestlemania XX from last Sunday. Truly one of the greatest PPV's in WWE history.

Rico (with Miss Jackie) versus Stevie Richards
Rico and Stevie switch arm locks and keep it pretty basic at first. Big kiss by Rico to the GM of Stevie Night Heat. The mind games begin. Stevie gets the advantage and rides horsy with Rico... but Rico likes it. Dropkick and Stevie goes to the leg. Spinning toe hold. Somewhere in Florida, Dory Funk Jr. applauds. Rico gets in some roll-ups and a neckbreaker for 2. Kicks by Rico, but Stevie goes for the Stevie-DDT. Rico does a roll-up and gets the pin. Stevie goes nuts and shoves Miss Jackie around a bit and attacks Rico - repeatedly posting the leg of Rico. A very PO'ed Stevie leaves as Jackie checks on Rico.
Winner: Rico w/ Miss Jackie

We get treated to some video. Edge is coming. We then see some clips from Wrestlemania XX as the "CLB" Christian and Trish conspire and steal one from Chris Jericho. Back to Monday night at Spike Dudley learns about wrong place and wrong time as Christian and Trish give him a sound thrashing. They bad mouth Y2J for a bit and seal the deal with a big sloppy kiss.

The Rundown DVD is coming out on this coming up Tuesday. The Rock talks about deleted scenes and we get to see Rock fight Stiffler for a few moments.

Lance Storm versus Ken Phoenix
A pretty good match all things considered. Lance and Ken go back and forth on the arm. Trade a few kicks and Phoenix does his best move - the clothesline about a dozen times. A few roll-ups for both men and Lance counters the roll-up into a single leg crowd. Ken Phoenix taps and Lance gets the pin.
Winner: Lance Storm

Wrestlemania 21 will be at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA.

WWE Rewind: From last Monday - World Champion Chris Benoit punches HHH. Evolution circles the ring for retribution and HBK makes the save.

We go to Monday night and see the closing few minutes of the RAW main event. Shawn Michaels and Chris Benoit versus Ric Flair, Batista, & Randy Orton. HHH gets some shots in with a pedigree to HBK. Mick Foley comes out and chases Orton away. Benoit nails Batista with the tri-plex and locks in the sharpshooter. Batista taps. Winners: Shawn Michaels and Chris Benoit

On RAW tomorrow night - live from Detroit, MI - it's the Draft Lottery...

WWE Slam of the Week: From Wrestlemania XX on Sunday, Stone Cold Steve Austin stuns both Brock Lesnar and Bill Goldberg after their match at WMXX.

The Hurricane & Rosey versus Mark Jindrak & Garrison Cade
A fairly long match that showed a lot of great action. Jindrak and Cade were quick with the double teams and kept Hurricane on the defensive for most of the match. Rosey in from time to time to use the power moves, but it's mostly Pure Vanilla's show as they remain in control. Jindrak hits the perfect dropkick to the face of Hurricane. We get a taste of clobbering by the Super Heroes. In the closing moments, Cade hits a flying elbow on Rosey. He plants some kicks in, but Rosey comes back with the clothesline. Big slam and Rosey sits on the top turnbuckle in the corner. Hurricane scales his partner and flies with the "flying star bumb" on Cade to get the pin.
